Yes. I have two croceas that have been in the same location for about a year, then out of nowhere, they both jumped off their rock. So something in the system triggered something in them to move? I've since created a slightly wider surface for them, so hopefully they'll stay put?So it might take a few moves before it’s settled?
Nothing I can put my finger on. It took the blue/teal one at least 4 days before I could pick up from being attached the the rock below when it fell off.No idea what the trigger was? I mean other than solid params, correct lighting and flow what else they need?
I'm not a huge monti fan, but I really like this grafted one. Yes, it moved down that way on it's own.You like montis too !
Is the blue I half in the shade?
It attached to the bottom part of the rock it was on, so I couldn't get in there to cut the threads, so I left it for a few days and changed the flow a little, hoping it would want to move and it did. It tried to attach to the substrate, which is oolite sand, so it was very easy to pick up and place back on the rock. It attached to the rock within a few hours (in it's old spot).Did it attach to the floor when it fell of? What happened before the forth day?
