Just give it plenty of light.Here’s my young tridacna dersa clam. About 3 1/2 - 4 inches across. It’s in a very turbid tank so I hope it grows well.
Awesome clams where did you get the black MaximasLets see some ultra clams, colored up Squamosa's, colored teardrop Maxima's, black and white Maxima's, blue Derasa's, and what some call Maxea's but what I call brightly colored up Croceas...
Here are a few of mine that I have had in the past and some that I still have.
One of my current black and white Maxima's, 2".
My second current 2" black and white Maxima, 2".
My current 4" blue spot Squamosa.

can never get a decent photo of either because they’re sitting directly under my lights. so i have to cover the light to avoid glare
