#fishmedics to help with the ich But honestly you should have known better than to add a tang into a 16 gallon that already had 5 fish. Even a 45 gallon is way too small. Its very cruel to continue keeping that tang in a 16 gallon, it should be returned to the store.

I'd probably do copper since it's QT, but not an expert. That tank seems extremely small for those 4 fish, even as QT.. tagging #fishmedics for advice
