SCIENTIFIC NAME - Cirrhilabrus rubriventralis

COMMON NAME – Longfin, Blue and Red, Social Wrasse

SIZE – 3 in (8 cm)

MIN. AQUARIUM SIZE – 30 gal (113 L)

FOODS AND FEEDING - Should be fed a variety of high quality marine meaty foods.

REEF COMPATIBILITY - Yes

CAPTIVE CARE - This fish does best when kept with other peaceful tankmates. It is can be kept signally, but when kept in a harem the male will perform a colorful and interesting courtship ritual. The females are more subdued in color. The females should be introduced first, and then add only one male per aquarium. They can be kept with other species of wrasses. Wrasses are known jumpers so the aquarium top should be covered.
