My Negative experience with LPS1212

Below I will leave the transcript of our conversations so everyone can make their own judgements. LPS1212's thread stating his experience with me is filled with incorrect statements and accusations which frequently come from assumptions that he has made.

Feed back from LPS1212:
Id like to make this thread to help tell my side of a somewhat good transaction turned bad. I sold a memeber on here by the name of swine a frag pack shiped out on the 29th of april recieved on the 30th. The first sign of communication came on the 2nd of may where he stated all was well except for queen krak. I replied with they are finicky zoas just like all kraks are. He replied with I have to disagree I didnt get what I payed for and I want a full retail refund for the queen krak. I coldnt believe the nerve of this guy 1st he says I sent him a frag that wasnt what he signed up for than wants me to refund him retail price of 200-250 . I replied with dude im no lfs nor vendor therefore I never charge retail and was puttin a price on that frag at 150 for him since he did get other zoas. So now here we are with the issue the queen krak isnt healthy. What can I do is my initial train of thought but before I can even suggest something this guy threatened me with opening up a pp claim. Even after all the hostility and late response time to the status of the zoa I still offered to ither replace or refund the 150. I than sent him a message on the 6th of may asking for a wysiwyg pic of the melted frag he dosent reply till may 8th with a plug and some glue no indication of melting. Now on may 8th he than proceeds to open up a pp claim and give me negative feedback because I didnt run to give him a refund when I clearly waited 2 days for a response. After openimg up pp claim and negative feedback on here he than proceeds to go on facebook a site I am not a member of and bash my name and rep all the while still wanting me to work with him towards a solution. LoL. Last time I checked resolutions come before all the bashing and negativity not after. Just be careful when dealing with Swine and if I can and need to put up emails to back my story I shall. Ive delt with too many good reefers om here and else wheres to let one guy discredit my credibility.


First off he states I first communicated with him on the 2nd. I first contacted him on May 30th stating that a couple of his frags fell out of his packaging.



Then on the 1st, the day after receiving them, saying the queen kraked looked "ticked" off.

What I responded with and his response that evening. I disagreed with his statement that it looks ticked off because "all kraks are finicky." The OG krak has nothing to do with the queen krak, not even a morph of each other. This is where I said that the bottom of the polyp was encased in glue. I understand that you run the risk of zoas melting when you purchased them online. But the way it was stuck to the glue is a surefire way of getting the polyp to melt..


I explain everything, and tell him what I think the value of the zoa is for a refund. I paid $600 for a pack with a queen krak in it and received a queen krak half covered in glue on its way out. I give him my phone number so he can call and we can talk it out. He says he will call on Saturday. Don't hear anything, Monday I email about opening a paypal claim.


Claims some ridiculous thing about waiting to hear back from me which never happened. Then realizes his mistake after I point it out and apologizes (understandable, I guess). Asks for my cell number again which for some reason he can't scroll back up and get. I do not supply it again because I want everything to be documented at this point.

He messages me the next morning (awesome initiative)


I state that I expect $200 which is what it would cost to replace it (minus shipping) or if he was comfortable with making a new frag he could send me that. His response after asking for a picture. I send him a picture the next morning of the frag plug with no zoa on it.


After sending the picture and a message on r2r I hear nothing from him and open a paypal claim as I said I would multiple times. In the end I requested the $150 but paypal shut it down.


Paypal shut down the claim prematurely because they don't guarantee live stock so I sent him this message. Yes I sent him this message after I posted feedback in a facebook group I am apart of. Then later I find out he is not on facebook. I tell him I will provide a transcript of the thread and post his response on the thread so he can defend himself. He didn't want to. He also had no intentions of fixing the situation. I can copy paste that transcript too but I'm getting tired of this. I'm pretty sure I've made my point...

Oh, the pictures of the zoas and frag plug I sent him that he never resopnded to. He could have asked for better pictures at any point in our conversations but decided to say I didn't have good enough evidence today...

All I see is me missing a call I had said I would do on saturday and apologize for on monday u threatened with pp and insisted that I charged u retail for a zoa when everyone knows I dont charge retail the package was shipped on the 29th and recieved on the 30th I get first response on the 30th and 2nd on the 2nd wirh only 1 picture showing really no signs of melting but a closed up zoa I said lets wait it out and if it happens to die I would replace at that time u took it upon yourself to ask for retail dony know why u would ask for the highest number on the market and also stating you didnt get what u payed for when I sent wysiwyg pics of everything here is the zoa pic I sent you of a healthy looking zoa frag showing no indication of fraud on my behalf. I stated kraks are finicky because I had both og krakatoa and queen krak and jf ****** so I know from experience. I always look to work with people but i felt he was rude in throwing pp claim yet I still wanted to work it out I than proceeded to offer a 150 refund in return asking for a pic of the frag on the 6th he replies on the 8th with a pic of a plug and some glue no signs of a melted. Swine couldnt even tell me the day the zoa "melted" he had implied it did on an email saying the zoa melted 3days ago so why wait to say the most important detail of the arguement

Everyone that reads this needs to realize that the first and second post are missing all the proof that everything LPS1212 is an exaggeration and a lie. He is also getting away with this because r2r does not allow posting of personal messages or emails. The poor packing and fragging practices left no chance for this Zoa to live. I've had Zoas melt from vendors and been fine with it. I find it ridiculous I cannot defend myself with proof and have to listen to these bogus claims from LPS1212. Why is he afraid of my posts?

EDITED asking me for deals and extra polyps which I did gave you wysiwyg pics of your frags no foul play the first red flag in my book was you asking for a refund of full retail value than rushing to open up a pp claim not even giving me a chance to respond to your email even though when I asked for those pics on the 6th you finally send them on the 8th. So u can lack 2days on a response but I cant lack 2 hrs before u went ahead and opened up a pp claim. It seems to me like you were very quick to initiate and escalate the situation before I could even try to work it out (EDITED)

I never even asked you for extra polyps. I have several pms from people that did get to read the emails before they were taken down and they totally agree with me. I responded the day I received them and they day after. I can't believe how this system is ok with defending a liar. I suggest that you ask the mods to allow me to post the dialogue or are you too afraid of the truth?

heres my issue with that I have no problem working with the guy up until he tried asking for a retail 250 refund and not what I charhed him refund 150. I also see 2 pictures where he shows me a closed up polyp where and then one with just glue where is the proof of melting zoas when melting go through stages where the polyp will shrivel up and eventually turn to mush on the plug no evidence of that for all I know he could have popped the zoa off and reglued somewhere else. Now when I was in contact with Swine I clearly stated no need to open up a claim im willing to work with you. 1st initial offer was a replacement when he said he did not wanna pay for reshipping he offered to pay half I than said better yet why dont we do this instead send me a wysiwyg pic of the*frag*on the 6th and he replies with the zoa less pic on the 8th. So now shortly after the email was sent I get a email from*pp*about a claim being opened. At this point I figured ok no more need to try to work with this individual since he is quick to asume I wasnt going to refund him 150. Shortly after the*pp*claim he comes on*r2r*and gives me a negative feedback and all the while bashing me on fb which im not apart of. So this is where I get confused because how does he have the nerve to send me a pm after the bashing claim and feedback and ask me where do I stand with this matter im assumeing he is referring to a refund. At this point I said whats the point of doing so when people do that in the begining of a situation to avoid all of the above not after. I believe the evidence he presented was 1st not in a timely manner but I was still willing to work with him and 2nd I believe totally ridiculous that he would ask for a full retail value refund

EDITED. 2nd sign you request a full retail refund "250" for the queen krak when I charged u 150. 3rd EDITED I clearly stated in our communication that I would refund 150 pending pics on the 6th you wait till the 8th and only gave me a few hours before u went ahead and opened uo a*pp*claim, proceeded to bash me anywhere u could ad than ask me basically if I waa still gonna refund you the money. You sir were difficuly to work with and handled this matter in a wrongful manner as someone stated in this thread before it aas deleted. I have had people tell me zoas melted on them a week later and I would still offer to replace the*frag*come next pack. I didnt get my positive feedback by being a crook. I got my reputation by being standup and always trying my best to accomodate the buyer. In conclusion I feel as though you were rude out of line and extremely difficult to deal with
