My first Reef Tank

This Reef tank was build at 2024-8-30 as a SPS dominated tank, nearly one year now. The tank is Redsea G2 170, and I have transferred the native glass sump to a PVC sump (made by Seatorch, a chanese brand). There are five fish and 40 SPS living in it.

Aquarium Stand: The aquarium is made of glass, and sump is made of PVC. This Reef tank operate on Berlin System, as simple as possible. Without algal tank, activated carbon, and Rowa-phos, the biofiltration is entirely accomplished by living stones(about 4 kg in the sump). The physical filtering is accomplished by 50-mesh filter bag and a skimmer. The main bump is 6500L/h (running on 3500L/h) made by OCTO). Two XR15G5pro for lighting. One MP40 and a tunze 6025 for water circulation, that is all.
