I have 2 BNIB AI HMS Single Light Mount Kits (black) for sale. 1 box has been open to see how to install it and the other has not been opened. These hold Hydra 52 or Hydra 26, which are not included. I decided to mount the lights a different way, so I no longer need these. $65/each

I’m going to build a diffuser for my Hydra out of a textured fluorescent light cover and some acrylic rod. I’m going to glue 4-6 1.5” acrylic rods onto the cover that will be cut slightly larger than the hydra and then glue that to the hydra. Has anyone tried this? Anyone have any thoughts on it?

Has anyone ever used a fluorescent light diffuser and some acrylic rod to build a DIY diffuser for an AI Hydra?

Anyone out there lighting there zoa's by the kelvin, like 14K or 20K using leds. I have some AI Hydras, first gen I believe with the seven different leds, and got two sitting about 12inches above a 40G breeder. Have them set to the levels below which is supposed to be 14K. UV 40% V 40% DB...
