anemone death

I have a one year old tank and just added an anemone. I can’t tell if it’s acclimating or if it is dead :( any ideas?

After acting weird almost all week, my LTA named Ajax died earlier today. I got home at about 4:00 to see that he had started shredding up so I had to siphon him out. Felling pretty low right now, he was my first anemone.
