Is this aptasia or ball anemone It’s has neon green dots and white tips Haven’t added nothing new to my tank. Its next to my Green Rhodactis Mushrooms

Hello everyone! My tank is now fully stocked but it looks like one extra dude made it in: looks like a Ball Anemone but want to confirm.

Hello, Are these ball Anenomes? They are all over my reef tank and seem to be bothering my corals and stay open all day. They also attacked a baby hermit, and seem to be really aggressive. Also, any natural predators? (For a 40G tank) Or other alternatives to remove? Thanks in advance!
