breathing hard

Hi, I recently got a Lawnmower Blenny about a week ago. I noticed he breathes super heavy and fast - the other fish don’t do that. I have 3 Nemo’s and a Naso Tang which I call “Lips” They all seem to be getting along and the salt levels are fine. I noticed though he cleaned up the amphipods...

Noticed my fox face is breathing heavy and his gills are a bit bigger than usual but is color is fine. I saw him eating earlier off of the nori but haven’t seen him eat since even after adding food. He does have a spot of ick on him (he’s survived it before and it’s in the tank) I have a qt tank...
