broken tank

I just received this tank and it has a big chip at the bottom corner. I can either get a full refund and return it or keep it and take half my money back. Is this chip a no go? There are not any cracks on the glass.

I was just putting my Radion back on the tank after wiping the salt creep from under it when I heard a crack and its chipped at the top, do I use superglue, reef glue, or silicone to put this piece back in place? It doesn’t have to be the prettiest because it’s under where the light mount goes.

I picked up this aquarium off marketplace the other day and I didn't know it had this crack. I really do not want to replace the whole pannel as that would be very costly. Would I be able to epoxy or silicone it? The crack does not go to the other side of the glass and its only on the back...
