cabinet doors

Hi, I built my aquarium stand myself, and bought prefabricated wood panels for the doors from my local hardware store. I cut them to size, sanded them, and finished them with india ink and then polyurethane. My problem is it looks like the two middle doors (in front of the sump) are warping...

I'm looking for hinges that will allow me to mount the cabinet doors flush to the inset cutout - similar to this image posted by eschulist on his 3 foot long office tank build thread. The hinges also allow for a quick release to take the doors off the hinges. Anyone out there have advice...
