Hello fellow reefers. Two days ago I noticed this WWC Crimson Stylocoeniella had some polyp damage on the top of the original frag / colony that has since encrusted down onto the rock it's mounted on. The structure it's mounted to is a floating shelf with a vertical face attached to the glass...
My candy cane fell of my rock and landed on my chalice who absolutely annihilated it. Should I remove the damage head or is it possible it'll grow back?

I placed an order for Lugol’s solution but it will take 2 days. Will it be okay in the meantime?
