My guppy is dying. Its Body is bent and I can See it is struggling and trying to gather its strength. There are some very thin thing it is pooing. Can you tell if I can save it?! Please see video

Hei there! Newbie aquarium owner here. Today i was looking at my aquarium and i spot a strange white thing at my guppys head, i also remarked that my other 2 corydoras are very inactive and they don’t move so much. Can it be that my tank has the ICH disease. Thanks for helping! Eduard
