Hi! We recently got a guppy and his left fin is looking weird. It doesn’t look like ick but not sure if it’s a fungus/Illness or deformity. Tank is freshwater 20 gal, 79 degrees F, tap water(conditioned), ammonia levels 0, nitrate/nitrate 0 ppm. He can’t seem to move his left side fin and his gills look really red and swollen(more than his siblings). Any ideas?

Welcome to Reef2Reef!

How long have you had the guppy?
What other fish are in with it? (I saw a danio in one video)

It could be an injury followed by a fungal infection.

I've also been seeing a lot of flukes on guppies from pet stores recently.

Looks like fin rot and fungus condition. Maracyn 2 would be my treatment choice
