lymphocystis?

Came home from work and found a huge legion/growth on my sixline wrasse. Could it have been attacked by my clownfish pair? The only other fish would be a royal gramma but I doubt it. It is still accepting food but looks painful.

Anyone know what it is? What treatments are there? Is it contagious to other fish?
