Anyone know what it is? What treatments are there? Is it contagious to other fish?

Welcome to Reef2Reef!

This won’t be contagious to other fish, but you may not be able to treat this. It is done sort of internal abscess, probably bacterial. Because it is located over the abdomen, it could involve vital organs. Because it is internal, you can’t put medication in the water to treat it.

Agree on type of appearance and hard to determine internally what may be there. Seachem Kanaplex is absorbed by fish and may or may not work but worth a shot. Apply in separate tank if using with added aeration using an air stone
