redsea 400

so I'm running my T5's on my red sea max s 400 for ( embarrassed to say how long) and i never replaced them but I started adding some corals lately and want to replace the bulbs where can i get them, and or can i use a different t5 bulb that fits to the cover that is compatible and efficient
