snail baby

Recently noticed these guys all over the tank. I think it's like a cleaning crew. Am I correct? Are these good to keep?

First picture I thought it was a baby snail. Second picture is blurry I know, I’ll try to get a better one, but those critters shy away from light, isopods maybe?. Any advice would be much appreciated.
