Recently noticed these guys all over the tank.

I think it's like a cleaning crew. Am I correct?

Are these good to keep?

Keyhole limpets, family Fissurellidae, most are safe algae eaters and are useful since they can get into small crevices and clean, that being said they can also work their way into pumps and plumbing. If this is an AIO tank You can try to keep them out of those areas by covering the overflow with a thin mesh.

Yes it is AIO tank. I'll keep an eye out. So far they have only been on the rocks.
