Got a new aquatic life hybrid light, 48” with 4 t5 bulbs and 2 radions xr15. What’s the best bulb combo/radion setting / timings on radions being on and t5s being on to maximize sps growth?

I have this t5 mounting and I can’t figure out how to lower the lighting, if anyone knows please tell me

i have 8×39w Powermodule fixture. (it bought 3~4 years ago) and i bought new reflectors last month to exchange my old reflectors. but i can't assemble new reflectors in my old powermodule. anyone who has ever had a successful replacement it?
