trouble breathing

I got a yellow corris wrasse, 2.5 ish weeks ago. Went on vacation. And came back to it like this. Going to do a water change. But what else can I do ? It’s laying on the floor. Mouth is moving and it’s “breathing” but not well. Ph 7.8-8.0 Ammonia .25 Nitrite 0 Nitrate 0 LFS just had us start...
