I have a very basic aquarium set up. It is a 29 gallon Aqueon glass tank, HOB protein skimmer, HOB refugium, HOB filter, couple of cheap power heads, and an AI Hydra 26 HD. I do all of my dosing and topping off manually. I know its a very simple system, but everything is very happy and it works...

I am looking to buy a 10 gallon saltwater tank for Christmas. It will have filters, heater, pumps, live rock, a couple fish, a coral or two, and a deep sand bed. Water changes will be done every week. Because it is so small do I really need to spend all the extra money and buy a protein skimmer...

just picked up a gopro session off craigslist for 100$ was gonna use it for my bike; but it since its waterproof..... (i know i need to clean my tank)

Hey I came across this auto water changer from the UK, It mixes your salt and RO, and then slowly exchanges the old water with the new WHILE mixing them both in the reservoir, which is kind of confusing me. What are your guys' opinion? I put a voter in http://www.reefloat.com/index.php/how-it-works
