I tried to set an xr15 G4 up and the light will go off after 1 sec and gave me a message of “open circuit” on the möbius app. I did swapped out another power supply and reinstalled it, still same issue. Thoughts?

Have you looking at the cord going into the light for a loose connection?

I did and even swapped out a different power supply and still got that msg. Most importantly, the unit is on but not the leds. It only stayed on for 1 sec then shut off but the unit stays on.

Sounds like a support ticket needs to be created, this is a hardware problem inside the light

Will call them but I doubt they will “repair” it for free since the light it’s 2019.
It worth a try, Maybe then, they would help with the open circuit trace to make it easier to trace. a good multimeter would also help.

I upgraded my G5 to G6 and had one not light up, The board with the led's has an attached plug and you have to push down on the board in that spot, maybe it has come loose. you could try taking it apart and check the connections.
