I don't feed, and I have a crap load.

Do you have a lot of fish that prefer in their diet, or is it more of a mature tank thing? I love we talk about all the different experiences- it’s really helping me!

Imo if you have a pod eaters like a mandarin, I'd add them regularly.

Agreed. Need to replenish for pod feeders. But for now they are helping create a good biome for your tank and help eat the uglies.

My tanks are both old, but I did supplement regularly when I had delicate pod eaters just to insure the supply kept up with demand. I have fed phyto, but never as much as recommended. I was cautioned early on that it can cause an algae bloom.

This torch and 2 of these anemones
I don’t know anything about nems or their prices. The Torch might be a dragon soul or a NY Nicks I think it’s a good price.

So it seems I missed the whole Conch party! I’ll go do some reading to better understand, but are there different kinds that you guys prefer and if so, why?
I have two tiger conch’s. Thought one was gone after not seeing it for four weeks. The second I added the new one the original came flying out of the sand. They kinda cruise around together. Here is one waving hi.

Are pods something I need to add every now and then or if I add them once el they keep multiplying as long as I feed them?
Probably not but I do add them 3-4 times a year.

They kinda look like aliens and aren’t graceful when moving along the sand but, man do they keep the sand bed and turned over.
