Never heard of anyone just specializing in that so I can't wait to go there when I visit!

It is really different, they seat you and a non server automatically brings you lentil soup. No menu, it’s written on a chalk board but you can order other things not listed if you know they serve them. Kabobs come in lamb, chicken or highland beef however you can order a mix with a kabob of each. You get your own drink from a refrigerator and you pay at the counter when you are done. The steak kabob is seasoned perfectly and tender, almost like fillet. The garlic aioli has a splash of hot sauce and the hummus is the best I’ve ever tasted. I’m hungry again!

No, they have learned well. We were at a relative's house once who checked the internal temp of some tri-tip. When he asked if I thought it was done I reacted, "Take it all off, I guarantee it's done!" I don't remember the temp, but it was brown clear through. My kids are big meat eaters, but not so much that day. Afterward they wanted to know why the meat wasn't pink inside.

Ive got this coming in tomorrow. This may be my most alien like of all my alien corals. A very good friend helped me find and get this gorgeous fat head dendro colony. Im excited but a bit nervous to try my first NPS coral
