so next house project here is to replace the clay tile roof underlayment. Been researching and going with synthetic unerlayment and adding a layer of what the industry calls LOW-E over top to reduce heat..
Got prices of just over 20K to just do felt paper ...my neighbor has a 1500 square foot home paid 18K.
So gona do it myself with some Contractor friends. Save me cash...Materials are gonna be like 3-4k for all the good stuff.

Good on you. I always say if I can do 80% of what a “contractor” will do, I will do it myself.

Last year I tore out my whole kitchen and renovated it. Save like 15 grand. Learned a lot along the way

What is brighter? This is going to be the center piece

The grail by far. It should be an unusually neon green with a yellow sheen to be a pure grail. Here's a pic, but it's heavy white lights that do the holy grail no justice!

CB is getting close to being able to play the game, if you all would keep an eye on her and Pm me when it’s about time to play the game I would appreciate it.
