Dropped a 27" white pine behind my house 2 years ago. I know the feeling of relief you must be feeling right now! I did it myself though and it took a few days to unclench. I pulled it down with my work truck... with paper dealership plates still on it. It was 15' from the back of my house... i did it semi right though. I had a 150' arborists rope and a snatch block.. went perfectly but by golly that was terrifying lol

I know what you mean, I have dropped countless hardwoods for firewood, but only dropped 3 tree's that could have hit anything, it was an accelerated heart beat moment
