Lol! Poor Tim. You beat me to it Kevin. I meant to tell yall that my name is John. I've been trying to escape that goofy screen name forever, but I keep using it.
Not John Doe, right? :upside-down-face:

@kevgib67 , looks like the pod vendor you recommend is having a big sale for independence day. Does anyone have a recommendation for how many to add to my 40 gallon tank? They offer 8, 16 and 32 oz. Also, should I buy some phyto for feeding the pods? Thanks in advance everyone
I’ve always got the 16 oz for my 32 g and yes you will need phyto . I dose 3 times a week. They are having a sale right now on the snackelbox comb, $5 off which includes pods and phyto.

Yes and my favorite saltwater fish is the tailspot... ;)
You are going to fit in here nicely, Amanda. I already feel like I’ve known you a long time!

Got my $50 birthday discount today! Just in time to refresh my copepods and Phyto for an order the week of the 12th!

So glad to support small business whenever I can.

Thanks Tim and Kev for introducing me to them.

I have never put pods in the tank, that 16 oz bottle is made in one go or in portions?

Dang I just missed May 24th for me.
Still do it for next year John. I way missed out, they started it a couple of months ago and the anniversary of my birth was at the beginning of the year. Always read there threads on here. A couple of months ago they said the first 50 to post got a $50 credit. I got and used the credit.

That's exactly what I was thinking. This place is great. Thanks in advance for next year's birthday gift lol. I'm not going anywhere! ‍♂️

Pods are one go and phyto is kept in the fridge and dosed. I typically order the pods and phyto together and when I’m out of phyto I order just phyto and when that is out phyto and pods and repeat.

Ok foodies! While not our usual Mexican and/or BBQ/Grilling faire, I know quite a few of us have a sweet-tooth.

So for OT session today the therapist thought we should make cookies for my birthday ~ lol. And while the tools were a bit lacking, we managed a small batch that were quite lovely. (No sifter on powdered sugar though).

Def adding this to my Christmas cookie list.

Here is the wonderful Kylee who went above and beyond as so many unsung medical professionals do on a daily basis!

Were you able to sneak out and have your first legal adult beverage?

I'm ordering mine when I get off. I've done a little research and can't believe I haven't been doing this already. The phyto alone is great for the system. I should've probably already been dosing a little phyto for my corals. There's so much to learn lol
