What do you think are the keys to your success in reefing?

Wellll, it so happens I am a career senior technical recruiter. I have worked for Berkshire Hathaway (most recently), and also Safeway (Vons/Randals/Tom Thumb/Pavilions)’ both at their corporate headquarters. I have hired for the following at all lvls, from college intern to SVP: IT, Legal, Marketing, Communications, Insurance claims/Underwriting, Sales, etc.

I’m not tooting my own horn; just wanted you and everyone else here who might need help that I am for real.

Here is my LinkedIn profile: https://www.linkedin.com/in/jennifermarinopolus/

It would make me so happy to help you or anyone else in our lil group, get your resume ready and also prepare you to ace any interview.
I cannot tell you how much this means to me. I have been super stressed about this.

My wife would kill me if I left her alone with the kids (she’s had them all week for spring break) and I’m certainly not going to spend that many hours in the car with them lol.
I get that. Our spring break just started.

Wife almost witnessed a tragedy 30G mixed in so I went to buy another brute lol
Classic- so glad she got a picture

Scape looks really good- l love a swim through arch. My nano had one and I always smiled every time a clown would swim thru,

Wondering if the sounds my tote was making was similar to the sounds the titan was making … still too soon?
Did she happen to video at all with sound on?

ah coffee time...then off to the gym again and go searching for a few peppermint shrimp. Fish are pretty much all resettled in from me moving all the rocks to re-scape the rocks and open it all up. The tang now zoom the tank...happy...
That sounds like the perfect Saturday to me!

Take some photos of the DT; we’d love to see the changes and also a pic of the happy Tang / if you’re fast enough

ok I took two pic of the far left side of the tank. One from the side and one from the front. You can also see how all the clowns hang out and the mated pair royal gramma do.. This rock structure used to be in the middle of the tank. I moved it to the far left near the sand area for the wrasses. As you can see the tangs follow me cause its breakfast time for them...I need to get a better filter for my phone...
The blonde naso is about 6 inch body not including tail and streamers.

What’s your wavemaker? I have some 3-D printed nem gauards I’m not using - I can send them to you
I just ordered a new one that is a better size for the small tank. It’s a hyger mini wave maker

Marineland makes black sponges especially for the intake tubes for hob filters.
I have them on a all my freshwater tanks.
They sell nem guards for wavemakers too.
I will look into the sponges. How exactly does that help?
