Additional Aquarium Information

What do you think are the keys to your success in reefing?
Patience
How many of you use all for reef? Now that I am doing the water changes every 2 weeks, soon I plan to do it weekly, I think that what I am dosing is too much and it is raising my parameters a lot, for now I am going to reduce the dosage while I look for a little more information, also because I dose Red Sea Trace Elements weekly but I wanted to know yours opinion first, In the end I don't know if I'm going to change what I dose, for now it's to get your opinions.

Only dose what is needed... :)

I did not like mine, sold it...Just got the red sea 40 (10 gallon can) and the new red sea ato system. Installed it today..like it alot...
Getting the can and ATO for my nano as well. Very streamlined.

Hey Ocean, I’m going to move a discussion over to my build thread and tag you if you don’t mind. I am needing your DIY skills.

I dose All for Reef daily. It’s recommended to get calcium, magnesium and alk where you want them and then dose to maintain them.

I have already reduced several things in the doser, we will see how everything is over the weekend.

@00W Check out Richard Pryor mafia on YouTube and pick the over 4 minute one and tell what you think. Absolutely hilarious.

I have only added stuff manually and only after I test before and after so I know where I'm at.
My pinpoint ph monitor has been a godsend since I know once it dips below 8,I can dump 1/4 cup alk in and I'm good for about 4 days.
That's as complicated as I get. ;)

I don’t think comedians today can’t do and say what our favorite comedians could when we were growing up!

Well I’m not able to add anything but instead spend my time fragging but here’s the kicker since I haven’t been adding anything anything I have all this money now and it’s getting on my nerves! Ya I was saving up for a waterbox 150.4 with the plan on purchasing it on Black Friday of this year. Then my daughter got engaged after my wife told me our financial responsibility and helped me off the floor My savings and the $2.86 in my tank upgrade gofundme account became the wedding fund. Now shooting for Black Friday of 2025. But a must would be an AWC because these old legs and back can’t carry so many buckets of water up from the basement. We’ll see, I really don’t see the cube coming down, probably two tanks because something isn’t right with my head :zany-face: .
I don't know. It sure sounds right to me.
