Oh I thought he was a wild hog. I've never noticed a difference in them, but I process my animals very very carefully

We've had a few wild hogs try to get into the area my pigs are in, they tried to go for my two gilts (female pigs). My two farm dog mutts were on one of the fence actually going for them, and my Anatolian was on the other snapping through the fence between them and my gilts. Got three rounds off of 300 blackout, hit two, and saw vultures the next day over in the neighbors pasture. So, at least one of them died.

I did. I could have lived anywhere I wanted. But, Michigan is a beautiful State. Nothing like the spring, summer and fall here. Going up north is just simply amazing. All the clean, clear rivers and lakes. I could go on.. but I'll leave it at that. I left the winter off since as I get older and wiser, the cold and snow isn't as much fun as when I was a kid. It is pretty, don't get me wrong, but the cold, gray days get old after a while.

She did say they were Berkshire meat hogs! By the looks of hers, she'd need to put in the pit for a good 6-8 hours. Low heat and slow cooking! Sorry Anna K!

@cdemoss01 It 100% helps to talk about this sort of thing. And it may seem trivial to mention it here on a r2r thread. But, this probably the biggest collection of professionals in one place that I've ever had the pleasure to communicate with. Everyone here has something to be proud of. We're all good people and we have your back.
Also, I'd buy another HOB filter instead of an expensive insert for your existing filter, just as a random side note.
