Thanks John it is one of my wife’s and I’s favorite Chinese dishes. We could only get it when visiting my father and stepmother in NYC. My senior year and her junior year at OSU my coworker introduced me to a five star Chinese restaurant in Columbus that had it on their menu. Last time we down there for a football game it had closed 3 months earlier. I need to increase the heat next time, this batch was only mildly spicy.

Kevin, Chinese food and seafood are my two favorite foods. Tacos are up there too. Ive already faced elimination once this week, I don't want to try it again! My favorite Chineese restaurant closed during covid, so I feel your pain. I planted some Chinese 5 color pepper plants that are supposed to have a great flavor and heat for stir fry and the like. The first picture is not mine. The last one is a pic of my plants. I have a pack of seeds left if you are interested!!

Yesterday I wanted to share this video with you all and I forgot. I know that all tanks are not the same, but look at those beauties with 1.2 I think of Po4.

I love this post. We can sometimes get so wrapped up in "the perfect parameters " that we sometimes do more harm than good. This just shows how each tank is totally different and unique.

The tank has been doing really, really well. I only spend a few minutes on it daily and everything is doing well! Oh, and look at what I got today!

Oh my.... We have missed seeing this tank. I can't believe the growth since I saw it last. Way to go goni master!

That always perplexed me Jimmy. Tetanus is a anaerobic organism and should not be on the surface of anything that is in oxygen. I looked it up and supposedly it produces spores ( another thing that doesn’t make sense, I never heard of bacteria making spores, just fungus) and when they get deep enough into tissue with little to no oxygen the bacteria comes out. Still seems like a long shot but what do I know I went to public school. I don’t remember when or if I have ever had a tetanus vaccine. @JoJosReef is a immunologist may he can shed some light.

I can say they do try to error on the safe side with that one. but basically a paper cut can give you tetanus

I went to a private school and don't remember ever talking about it, but then again I graduated in '82

It's not my club, buddy, the club was created by someone in the past and is no longer in R2R, I just asked the mods one day to join and they put me as a moderator of the club, at the time I tried more than once to reactivate the club thread and no one seemed interested, and I gave up, I never left the mod job because that way I help the platform and the people who want to be able to have their badge, I already accepted you

I have seen these plants at big box home stores, did not know if the peppers were worth eating, I grow all kinds of peppers
