It didn't keep your levels up Joel? It works OK, but Im constantly adding it EVERYDAY. I'd like something a bit more stable.

Not really no.
I found it way more effective to add liquid alk, mag, calcium separately whenever I noticed one was off.
The whole add daily thing got old fast and, honestly, didn't work very well and I don't really have a tank full of corals, just softies.
My alk has always been the hardest to keep stable, the others are usually just fine with just water changes.
I noticed if I keep alk at 10,algae is way less prevalent.
Just my opinion there.
But keeping it at 10 is hard, especially if I have to add something daily.
I forget more than remember lol

Just wanted to add, you need to get the parameters where you want them and then add AFR to maintain it.

Im super glad I asked this question. Afr seems like where im headed! Does it hold alk fairly stable, or is that something you dose separately like the calcium? (Im going to run out of questions soon Kevin)

My feelings exactly Joel. I definitely want to cut down on the dosing. Ive been preparing for this switch, but I wanted to hear yalls opinions first. Thanks buddy.

Yes, it keeps Alk stable, I never have to dose.

We clearly have stayed on similarly designed hospital floors with very thick glass and crayons for coloring.

Just a heads up, I had to bring my own crayons every time I had been admitted to that specific floor in our local hospital.
