Additional Aquarium Information

What do you think are the keys to your success in reefing?
Patience
I have never tried the oyster feast. I have seen it. Is it messy?
I use Oyster Feast as well, along with R.O.E. and Arcti-pods to feed my LPS. I'm not feeding my LPS right now though because Aiptasia LOVE the stuff.

I just feed frozen fish food and phyto nearly everyday

Not at all. It drips into the tank better than phyto. It also doesn't spike nutrients. I think it actually helps lower the amount of food I add to the tank, because I spot feed less.
It comes out in pearl like droplets and gets busted up by wavemakers or fish. Everything in the tank comes alive. Stalks lean, polyps extend... there's a reaction.

1:48 AM UPDATE.....John fell asleep counting his goniopora tips

Hmm ...i might have to try some on. Whats in it?

Sure looks like a goni to me.
Ill try to take some better pics tomorrow. You guys, and my own pics have me questioning it now lol. It was sold as an alveopora. For some reason I verified that in my mind. My mind isn't worth ten cents these days though.

I keep forgetting what polyp I started with!

Same here Tom! Never tried roe, but I want to. I also feed frozen rotifers.

Either way super nice piece....im not sure anybody really knows

Yep. I buy the small bottle, but I only have a 40 gallon tank. It stays fresh that way, but I can buy it from my lfs 2 miles down the road.
