Covered it with heavy duty painting drop cloths and was building the rock sculpture on it.
coffee #1...now...Just finished the new rock scape using pukani roc for the new tank..
Lots of holes and ledges...gonna let the motar dry till friday then into the dark water in the garbage can...
Built a cool large flat surface gluing pieces together on pedestal.
Its 24" length by 14" wide and 7" tall with a opening between the tank bottom and the bottom of the rock of 5"...

This new tank gonna be really wide open swimming area ,,,

ah...I don;t do them...but with this new tank swap I will for sure be doing like a 50% or more change..
 
yesterday was back and bicep day...
Nice. Yesterday was back, traps, and bicepts. Monday chest, shoulders, and triceps wednesday legs.

After years of 10% a week I now do 5% a month for the last few years.
With 350g's total volume of my systems thats 18g's a month vs 140g's.
I will never go back to the old 10% rule, lol.
 
I do stair master every work out day...at the end...
up to a 4 flight per minute rate...
The stairmaster is a beast. I do the treadmill for 1/2hr at the end of my workout. I keep my heart rate above 100 so its a fast walk.
 
lights coming on in the 300 now,,,did a reef snow treatment yesterday.
This morning at 9am microbacter, Tropic marin A and K will get dosed.
Using some of the rock from the 300 for the new tank..Hope it seeds the new rock sculptor fasted...
Guess it will be empty the reef octopus 300nt today..
