Additional Aquarium Information

What do you think are the keys to your success in reefing?
Patience
I was feeling a bit nostalgic last night. The songs the songs that were all posted reminded me of being a youth and going to the drive-in with my parents, brother and sisters. The Bel-Air drive-in was located on Cicero Avenue and would sometimes offer double-features of the musicals posted along with a bevy of others. We'd all pile into my dad's '68 Chevy Bel Air wagon and, as part of the setup, my brother and I would get to lay on a couple of quilts on the roof of the wagon to watch the movies. It was good times.
Honestly, I thought it was very enjoyable, and obviously intentional. You guys have to remember, I grew up in the middle 80s to early 90s. It wasn't a whole lot different than the childhoods of the generation or two before me.

We had war veteran fathers and grandfathers. Our car doors could still be slammed. I dare you to make a door slam sound in anything, any of the big 3 make today. The TV sets were furniture, and usually had a crocheted dollie that our mother or grandmother made on top of it with crystal ashtrays scattered around.

Ill keep it going for generation x here for just a bit.
People would come over to visit(remember when people did that?) , and when they did, they smoked cigarettes in your house.

No internet! We had to go to the library to do a term paper. Go ask 1,000 people under 40 what microfilm is, then sit back and watch the fun begin.

All that to say, these were the shows that we watched growing up. There was no youtube kids, or Dora the explorer.

This is what we watched.

I remember wishing I was as tall as Dick van dy ke, or as talented as Gene Kelley. I tried to sing like him and mimic his voice when I was in the children's choir. NO LUCK

#Smorgasbordafterdark is a place where all who dont care to participate are in bed 😆

If it's nostalgic, play it. If it's weird play it!

Where you driving to tomorrow?

Where you driving to tomorrow?
Im going over to Mandeville, LA. Im driving my friend there to pick up a truck. It's a couple hours of driving, but there are some great places to eat in Southern Louisiana. Typical Southern shi+ Chris. 😆

First time I heard it was when I was ice skating with a couple of friends at an outside ice rink. So when I hear it I think of crisp sunny winter days.
Nothing brings back a specific time in your life like a song. That's a big part of why I love music so much.

I love the bass in this! In my obscure collection of 60s albums. I remember this one as the group with the guy that lightly looks like Ozzy

Did you know that bassist you mention played bass on 3 of The Doors albums?

You're going to like this one, John. @kingranch2003 (For most everyone else, the first minute might be a little rough to get through but then it smooths out.)
