Last night when I was looking at my nano tank I noticed this worm looking thing trying to swim around but it was being carried by the return’s current. I captured it and here is a picture and a video. Any idea what it is? Could it be a pod since I have seeded this tank. If not, is is harmful! Any input would be appreciated. I thought it may be a digitate hydroid but it was free flowing and its not very long..any ideas? I have a video of it moving around but I tried uploading but its not working. If someone can guide me on how to upload, I will, Thank you all in advance.

Based off your description it sounds like a cirolanid pod.

Yup! This is it! A baby bristle worm. Thank you! I will try yo keep the population under control, but for the most part, I don’t mind them!
The population of them should be self regulating, if you feed heavily and there's an abundance of food laying around then there population will grow, not much food and there won't be as many

Yea, you'll probably end up with a few big ones rather than lots of little ones.

That's one big worm :D
