1 Gallon Pico Dreamland

Started a 1 gallon Pico in a vase i found at the local restore. Live rock live sand and water from existing tank. Inhabitants include two blue leg hermits one mini conch and a peppermint shrimp. Coral Kenya tree and two corals if you know what they are that will.help I think one is an entrusting and one is like a brain. Water circulation is a water pump.

Exciting build! You would be amazed at what you can fit in a tank that small!
 
cool idea, reminds me of the guy that made one in a giant wine glass (just dont put a pair of clowns in like he did)

Emergency save :( everyone is fine but new light cracked the vase so luckily i have an old fish bowl

Me too i wanted that unique look but i am on the hunt for another one with thicker glass than when i do the weekly refresh i can just move it over
 
Quick question hopefully i get a response from people with experience i did the heavy feed today since my big tank is scheduled for saturday maintence also and i am thinking of glue the rock scrape since i have to do the full water change what is your opion also what about glue frags to scape yay or nay
 
The new bowl is on its way!!!! I can't wait I hate this temporary fish tank lol will post image updates when I do the water change new tank measurements are as follows and I will share a pic the shape will be center build for full 260 view

Nawww. I fail at BB, I always end up adding sand. I do love the look on others tanks though.

Just happened to me. Was thinking about removing the thin layer of sand I have, but then got a yellow coris wrasse for red planaria…decided to add a few cups of sand for it….then dang, it looks kinda good…few more lol etc.

I’ll save BB for the frag tank.

OP cute little set up. That new bowl looks perfect for a little pico.
