I wanted to post this for anyone who was like me. I have 2, 1 inch returns going back into my tank. I was having a very hard time finding 1 inch locline or attachments. Luckily for me I found Vivid Creative Aquatics (VCA). First I want to say, they did NOT put me up to posting any of this.
I want to say, I didn't do enough research on 1 inch return lines going back into an aquarium. I just assumed since my sump (synergy reef) and many others have return bulk heads of 1 inch, that that was the norm. I have since found out that is not the case. Most people have 3/4 or smaller.
Note: I did all my own plumbing using colorful black and yellow pipes.. What can I say I am a steelers fan. Everything went great, until I went looking for loc line in the 1 inch size. Nothing... Thanks to a post from VCA I am now running 2, Y splitter from 1 inch to two 3/4 inch, with 2 random flow generators kits. So if you are like me take a look at them.. I couldn't be more happy.
