Its not possible to know why one polyp is not opening and others are. It looks like your water is set at 28 which is very warm for corals, I keep mine at 24.4.

What are your parameters? What type of lighting is that? Do you have any powerheads in the tank, what is the flow like?

82.4F is pretty warm fro a reef tank, I ran mine around 76-78.

We also need more information about your tank
Lights, flow, how long they have been in there, anything that could be bothering them

So my temos at 28 cause i live in indonesia and most if the sellers that have full blown tanks with lots of corals suggested me to keep it at that and my paramaters are good they are stable my ammonias at 0 my nitrates is at 0.5 my light8ng is a 20w reef light from java reef and in my tank there is a jebao scp 50 on the lowest setting and on else mode it gives enough flow but i will increase it a bit after i get some lps

I would double check locally about that temp. I also run my tank at 78... If the 82* thing is a regional thing then its probably okay, but I've never heard of anyone running their tanks that warm.
