12g nano reef

My fluidized bed bio filter has just broke do you think my tank will be ok without it? I have a skimmer and an internal cannister filter with carbon sponges and ceramic bio rings in..i also do a 20% weekly water change

What skimmer do you have for that size tank?

Funnily enough my good one broke so i went back to using an old sander one with a wooden airstone i had in the loft from years ago and its working brilliantly :)
