13.5 Gallon nano reef breakdown in Orlando Florida - Buy it all, or will sell live goods separately too - local pickup only

Breaking down my 13.5 gallon nano reef tank. Tank has been running since July 2022, and is healthy and in good shape. Looking for a local buyer to the Orlando, Florida area who can pick up. I'm willing to sell one of two ways: Either just the live goods (for $250), or everything including live goods and dry goods (for $600). I'll list the two packages below. I added everything up and new I paid around $2500 along the way for all this. Since this will be a local sale and you can inspect first, it'll be cash only. Thanks for looking. Very nice setup !! It should sell if you have the time. Wish I had space for a second tank. Post some pictures periodically and it will bump your post back up to the top of the board. Also, choose good times of the day when people are posting. Does WWC allow post there about personal tanks for sale?
