I use their low nutrient system and it's so much cheaper than other brands. I've doubled the amount I feed and my phosphates stay under .04. I am going to start using their aminos next.

I'll probably forget. The Continuum people asked me to post reviews when I talked to them at Macna. They really knew their stuff and seem to have strong grass roots in this industry.
