Have always loved the tall tanks because of the viewing angle, so let me update my build! This is a 150G(48,24,30) Glass Cages Eurobraced aquarium with a 40g sump underneath.

Lighting: 1 Kessil A160WE / 1 PHLIZON 1200(runs only blues) / 1 light that I have no idea the Chinese name brand haha. I run 2 on the sides full spectrum and the middle blue only because I like the deep blue look, though it does make the top middle only blue all the time.

Fish Stock list: 2 clowns(mocha & mocha storm)
1 bi-color blenny
1 Niger trigger
1 Tomini tang
1 convict tang
1 lutinent tang
1 desjardini sailing tang

Coral stock list: GSP
red Monti’s
Indo 24k gold torch
Gold hammers
Green Mushrooms
Orange Yuma mushroom
Green bubble tip
Leather toadstool
Leather Kenya tree

will be upgrading in a couple years to at least a 6ft wide tall tanks as the fish grow bigger.

Next month I will be moving across town…. Any tips?? Haha

It’s doable for me but tricky, I’m 6ft exactly and even on a step ladder I can’t reach the bottom with my hands. So tools come in handy!
I had a deep tank once long time ago i know what you mean. It easy nice having all that depth for coral growth
