18" cube

I'm helping my little brother set up his 18" cube, and am interested in the photon 16. What optics & elevation above the tank would you recommend? I'm leaning towards 90's at 12-14" above the tank, but thought I would ask first!

I would use 90s, at around 6-8", but you can always go a bit higher.
