Really heavy stock but it should work. I would suggest cutting down some of them though. I would choose your top picks out of the fish you want to add.

not cow fish. I suggest to add only one of the tangs and skip the dwarf angel, and possibly skip the grouper as well.

Yes. Too slow and won’t be able to compete for food among other reasons.

I would consider taking off a couple more fish. Those green chromis would be as good as dead. maybe a more aggresive chromis would do, but even then, it's a risk.
