Since I cannot find any obvious place I can only assume that the seals on the seams has gone. I am unable to check these due to the "Corner guards" over the join

Irritating as I was just getting ready to contactless collect some SPS frags from a local Reefer (I'll bring a bucket, he throws them in)

Looking a bit better, going to Bung in a few more rock pieces and let the cycle go before sculpting the rock and moving to its place in the office

Found a ready made rock that fit and hides the heater (needed) and airstone better than my construct

So, I know that this idea works. I would like to refine it further. So I have transferred everything across to my 5 Gallon Cube Tank to let the cycle continue. I cut down a piece of drainage pipe to fit within the jar and have tie wrapped some dead coral to this, need to pick up some Milliput on Friday (payday Whooooooo) and i will make this look a little more attractive.

I have also decided to run the air pump without an airstone, this one lasted approximately a week before being completely engulfed in gunk and affected the performance. Depending on when I actually get to access the office I should have a couple of small pumps from the Spec 3 if they didn't/haven't burnt out.

So needs a small amount of sand/crushed coral for the base and for making the pipe not look like a pipe and we will start it up again.

Yes the tap does still work, and yes very handy for water changes

OK so pump works but leaves me with surface scum so back to the air stone, plus new additions. Little rough from shipping still

I hate keeping an eye on things, I want to take action and make changes. But no, just need to catch a few little snails from the Nano (maybe give the Astrea a weekend break in here) and syphon out the detritus that's too heavy for the airstone to lift out

I might add a Green Pavona to this, considering the "Blue" that I got from another Reefer now matches my Green so I have two
