2 connection Light hanger help

I have a 2 conncection light hanger for my T5 fixture, One of the sides the cables that connect to the fixture is longer than the other so it doesnt hang the fixture level, ive tried everything I can think of the even them out but nothing works, is there a trick to this.

Those are usually adjustable by a screw in the middle. Loosen the screw and equalize the lengths. Either that or use the eyelets on the fixture to raise and lower an end to level it out.

Sweet..... That worked, it was a tiny Allen head so it went unnoticed
