2 Creepy Crawleys found. Please help.

Hi. I found the critter on a rock in my tank. Was able to take it out. Saw another one swimming around. Haven't been able to catch it yet. PLUS. A similar one ive seen multiple times on my Acans, it is red in color (no pics of it).
Can you please help me id these and provide any details you can. Thank you.
